Job Summary:

• Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and oversee the daily operations of the food production team, ensuring the highest quality products are delivered on time.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve productivity, efficiency, and employee morale.
  • Maintain accurate records of production, inventory, and employee performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and improve processes.
  • Identify and address talent gaps within the team, providing coaching and development opportunities to enhance employee skills.
• Job Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, food science, or hospitality.
  • At least two years of experience in food production management, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Proven track record of improving productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction in a previous role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
