US Tax Specialist Job Description

We're looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented US Tax Specialist to join our onboarding team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts related to nexus reviews, permit applications, offboarding, tax settings, and new sales channels.

  • Main Tasks:
  • Organizing transaction data
  • Compiling nexus information
  • Updating tax software
  • Overseeing permit applications
  • Communicating with clients

The successful candidate will build expertise in sales tax and communicate complex information clearly in English. We value attitude and potential over current knowledge and experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing changes to existing client accounts
  • Supporting clients and their sales tax accountants
  • Updating and testing sales tax settings on platforms
  • Supporting client offboarding
  • Serving as the first contact for support on nexus reviews, permits, and other tax-related issues
