Contact Center Scheduler

- 3-5 years' experience in a Call Center Environment;
- 1-2 years in Workforce Management (scheduling) preferred;
- Demonstrated high degree of business coping ability;
- Flexibility with work schedule;
- College diploma or equivalent;
- Knowledge of MS Office and Excel;
- Familiarity with scheduling practices and WFM products (Aspect, eWFM).
This role requires a proactive attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and effective communication to work collaboratively as part of a team.
