  • 3-5 years' experience in a Call Center Environment;
  • 1-2 years in Workforce Management (scheduling) preferred;
  • Demonstrated high degree of business coping ability;
  • Flexibility with work schedule;
  • College diploma or equivalent;
  • Knowledge of MS Office and Excel;
  • Familiarity with scheduling practices and WFM products (Aspect, eWFM).

This role requires a proactive attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and effective communication to work collaboratively as part of a team.
