Job Title: Healthcare Administrator

We are seeking a skilled Nurse Professional to join our team at 7107 Concrete Careers Inc.

This is a full-time position that involves providing exceptional medical support services to our employees. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the overall well-being of our team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To administer first aid treatments and provide medications for all employees as needed.
  • To assist all injured employees and bring them to the nearest hospital if necessary.
  • To maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee medical history.
  • To ensure that sick employees submit a doctor's note before returning to work.
  • To interpret and evaluate diagnostic test results based on verified medical certificates.
  • To schedule and assist with annual medical examinations for all employees.
  • To conduct regular inventory checks of medicines and other supplies.
  • To organize and deliver health seminars to employees on various topics.

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse (RN) or equivalent qualification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 25 kg).

    Estimated Salary Range:$55,000 - $65,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
