Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Healthcare Account representative, working closely with clients in the healthcare industry. As the point of contact, you will oversee all billing department operations, ensuring efficient and accurate processing of payments and claims.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Hiring, onboarding, and managing billing associates">
  • Training billing associates on departmental best practices">
  • Creating and implementing billing department policies and procedures">
  • Investigating and resolving payment and billing issues">
  • Collaborating with other finance department leaders">

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Any Medical Allied Courses (graduate not required) or 6 months of healthcare experience (BPO/Non BPO)">
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills">
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively">
  • Keen attention to detail">
  • Fully vaccinated status">
  • Able to start immediately">
