Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of data center support facilities, including electrical power distribution, UPS systems, generators, HVAC equipment, chiller plants, fire alarm and detection systems, fire suppression systems, access control systems, security surveillance systems, and wire management systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Operate and maintain electrical power distribution systems, UPS systems, and generators to ensure reliable power supply.
  2. Perform routine maintenance tasks on HVAC equipment, chillers, and other mechanical systems to optimize energy efficiency and prevent equipment failure.
  3. Inspect project construction activities to ensure compliance with plans and specifications.
  4. Work with technicians to perform daily operation and maintenance activities.
  5. Generate reports on O&M activities for each piece of equipment and maintain equipment history records.
  6. Submit periodic reports, such as O&M performance reports and project status reports.
  7. Provide troubleshooting and product support to meet customer service level agreements.
  8. Be available on-call 24/7 to respond to emergencies and facilities problems affecting project completion and services.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of Electrical Engineering or Licensed Electrical Engineer.
  • Knowledge of 24×7 operations and maintenance of electrical systems, air conditioning systems, electromagnetic auxiliary systems, or structured cabling.
  • Ability to perform problem analysis and initial recommendations on physical cabling systems and building facilities.
  • Open to work on-call and 24/7 shift schedule.
  • Fresh Graduates welcome to apply.
  • Can start ASAP.
  • Willing to be assigned in Parañaque City.
