Our team is seeking a skilled Financial Analyst to join our organization. As an experienced professional in the field, you will be responsible for examining and analyzing financial statements, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting. They should also possess excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, as well as the ability to work independently and in a team environment.In this role, you will oversee day-to-day accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger. You will prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to ensure accuracy. Additionally, you will reconcile bank accounts and monitor cash flow, assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.You will also be responsible for preparing tax returns and ensuring timely filing in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Furthermore, you will ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and applicable laws. Assist with internal and external audits, provide financial analysis and recommendations to management for strategic planning, and support the finance team in various projects and ad-hoc reporting needs.To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or equivalent certification preferred). Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar financial role is required. Proficiency with accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Microsoft Excel, is essential.
