The role of an Administrative Assistant is to provide administrative support to the organization. This includes managing employee data, coordinating with carriers, and ensuring the accuracy of benefits enrollment.

Key responsibilities include processing eligibility changes for employees, sending enrollments to carriers via email or system uploads, and following up to ensure updates were successfully completed.

Data entry skills are essential for this role, as well as strong organizational and communication skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • College Undergraduate or Graduate Degree
  • 1-2 Years of Administrative Experience
  • Experience with HRIS Systems and Employee Benefits Administration (Preferred)
  • Accuracy and Attention to Detail in Data Handling
  • Familiarity with Various Carrier Systems and Portals
  • Strong Communication Skills Across Email, Phone, and Fax
  • Ability to Handle Confidential Data with Discretion
