Responsibilities:
- Gather and document business requirements for BI and analytics solutions.
- Design data models, ETL processes, and ensure alignment with business needs.
- Collaborate with Business Objects and Tableau developers to create dashboards and reports.
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the BI & Analytics field.
- Extensive experience in user engagement, data modeling, and SQL.
- Experience with data warehousing and ETL processes.
- Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication skills.
Bonus:
- Knowledge & experience with Oracle ERP, Salesforce is a plus.
- Reporting & dashboard development using SAP BI, Tableau, Power BI, etc. is a plus.
