Job Description
  • Direct investigations to verify and resolve customer complaints
  • Provide active assistance to meet schedules and resolve complex issues
  • Monitor daily transportation activities, including route planning, load scheduling, and driver assignments
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree, Industrial Engineering or other Logistics related degree preferred
  • At least 5-6 years experience in Transportation, Trucking or Logistics industry
  • Ability to work onsite
