Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A college degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in Technical Writing or Documentation.
  • 1-2 years of experience with Knowledge Management tools.
  • 1-2 years of experience in IT or Tech Support, Service Desk, or Customer Service.
  • 1+ years of experience in Training Development.
