Job Description:

The role of Vice President of Information Technology is a strategic position that oversees technology operations, infrastructure, and business center support.

This executive will be responsible for aligning regional technology functions with global enterprise standards while ensuring high availability, security, and performance of all IT systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business and technology leadership to define and execute IT goals.
  • Lead strategic IT initiatives and manage the implementation of enterprise solutions locally.
  • Drive programs that improve IT service delivery, security, compliance, and infrastructure performance.
  • Oversee local execution of global IT strategies while maintaining alignment with company-wide technology standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 15+ years of experience in IT with 3+ years in a leadership role managing BPO/shared services infrastructure.
  • Proven experience in Contact Center and Enterprise Applications.
  • Leading matrix teams and managing third-party vendors.
  • Strong background in program/project management (Agile/Waterfall).
Desired Skills & Attributes:
  • Certified SAFe professional preferred.
  • Strong business acumen, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage complex technology programs.
