Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Enhancing the revenue from existing clients and their affiliates.
  • Understanding the client's future direction and plans, and championing this direction within the organization.
  • Delivering positive customer service experience by listening to each client's needs, setting their expectations, and presenting solutions to address issues/challenges.
  • Lead generation and prospecting through various channels, including cold calling, social media, networking, and events.
  • Building strong relationships with clients, identifying their requirements, and providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.

Key qualifications include between 2-5 years of sales experience in a BPO/B2B campaign, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to establish and nurture C-level relationships.
