  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  4. Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  6. Superior customer service, research, analytical, and investigative skills.
  7. Good planning and organizational skills.
  8. Able to handle work pressure, flexible, and highly productive.
  9. Creative thinking and problem resolution skills.
  10. Patient and able to relate to all levels in the organization.
  11. Emotionally mature.
