Job Description

The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for supervising the full implementation of WMS/Barcoding System, ensuring that necessary supports from DCTG are provided. This includes warehouse configuration, manpower, equipment requirements, and supplies. The successful candidate will also train warehouse personnel on WMS pre-implementation, post-implementation, and record purposes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  1. Graduate of any business-related course.
  2. At least 3 years related work experience in a Supervisory role on DC Projects and/or warehouse and inventory management of a Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) company.
  3. Working knowledge of SCM processes specifically on warehouse and inventory management, preferably from an FMCG company.
  4. Experience in handling DC projects or related industry projects.
  5. Strong customer service experience for internal stakeholders.
  6. Knowledgeable in SAP, advanced MS Excel operations, and other MS software.
  7. Able to work in a hybrid work set-up at Novaliches, Quezon City.
