Overview:

This role offers an exceptional opportunity to join a dynamic team as a Senior Financial Operations Leader. In this position, you will oversee all aspects of financial operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and financial reporting.

Your primary focus will be on ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial statements and reports, adhering to accounting standards and company policies.

Duties:
  • Oversight of month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes to ensure comprehensive and accurate financial reporting.
  • Development and implementation of robust accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to enhance efficiency and safeguard company assets.
  • Coordination and management of internal and external audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and standards.
  • Leadership, mentorship, and development opportunities for the accounting team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Collaboration with other departments to support business operations, strategic planning, and decision-making.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CMA certification preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in leadership roles within accounting, with a background in a large accounting firm preferred.
  • Extensive knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulatory requirements.
  • Proven experience in financial planning, budgeting, and analysis.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Experience with accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, NetSuite, Intacct, etc.).
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders.
