  • Logistics Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of logistics activities, including warehousing, transportation, and distribution.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze logistics data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Problem Solving: Address and resolve issues related to logistics, such as delays, damages, or discrepancies.
  • Team Management: Supervise and train logistics staff to ensure effective performance.
  • Cost Management: Monitor and control logistics costs to stay within budget.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field, and 2+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a similar role. Strong organizational and multitasking skills, excellent communication and negotiation abilities, and proficiency in logistics software and systems are also essential.
