At MEC Networks Corp., we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounting Assistant to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain and update accurate and detailed records of financial transactions.
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies between physical counts and computer records.
- Distribute and stock merchandise efficiently and effectively.
- Receive and inventory stock, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Perform various administrative tasks as assigned by management.
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
- At least 1 year of work experience in an inventory or accounting role.
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency in other relevant software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong drive for excellence and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
The successful candidate will be required to work in our Makati City office, Monday to Saturday, and be willing to adapt to our company's work schedule.
