Job Overview

This is a sales-focused position that involves client conversion, retention, and relationship management. The ideal candidate will be able to support lawyers during online consultations, prepare accurate consultation summaries, and assist with follow-up to minimize client drop-off.


Key Responsibilities:

Sales Support:

  • Assist lawyers during online sessions to ensure a smooth experience and clearly understand client needs.
  • Prepare professional consultation summaries and meeting recordings promptly after each session.
  • Help maintain strong follow-up by addressing all client queries and preventing leads from going cold.

Client Engagement & Outreach:

  • Conduct cold calls to introduce the firm's services and generate new business.
  • Follow up with leads who previously made enquiries but did not proceed with a booking or consultation.
  • Identify and follow up with clients who were unable or did not successfully book a consultation.

Additional Support:

  • Greet clients and respond to phone calls, emails, and messages warmly and professionally.
  • Book and confirm client consultations and meetings.
  • Assist lawyers and legal assistants with creating new electronic files and maintaining up-to-date records.
  • Follow up with clients for appointments and next steps.
  • Support basic accounts administration and internal task coordination.

Marketing Assistance:

  • Assist in creating marketing materials, including articles, presentations, and social media content.
  • Support other marketing-related tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
  • Friendly, professional, and welcoming demeanor when interacting with clients and colleagues.
  • Natural ability to communicate clearly and warmly with clients and colleagues.
  • Prior experience in sales, client service, or lead generation is preferred.
  • Confidence when handling cold calls and professional communication.
  • Good common sense and ability to exercise sound judgment in daily tasks.
  • Reliability, punctuality, and high organization skills.
  • Ability to work independently without micromanagement and value initiative and accountability.
  • Proficiency in using computers and digital systems in a professional setting.
  • Competence in typing, basic word processing, and navigating cloud-based tools.
  • Able to learn and adapt to new software and processes.
  • Familiarity with calendars, emails, PDFs, and basic spreadsheets.
  • Familiarity with major social media platforms for basic operations and content posting.
  • Previous experience working for a law firm or professional service firm is beneficial but not essential.
Work Arrangement & Expectations

This role is set up via an Employer of Record (EOR) service, allowing for remote work.
