Job Overview

Hunter's Hub Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Payment Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transaction Processing: Meet service level standards in collecting and posting payment transactions, including daily posting of all payments and adjustments for both policy and non-policy related transactions.
  • Discrepancy Analysis: Conduct an analysis of payment discrepancies vs. due premiums for proper allocation of incoming payment, and analyze rejected payments to initiate necessary actions to maximize collection opportunities.
  • Team Support: Participate in company initiatives and projects, and provide team support for any resource constraints experienced by the unit.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree Holder of Finance, Accounting or related courses.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years experience in Insurance and Billing as well as in Collection.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools, especially Excel.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills and strong people skills.
