Customer Success Lead

SupportNinja is seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Lead to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for cultivating strong relationships with our B2B clients, ensuring their successful onboarding and continued growth.
Job Description- Cultivate Strong Relationships: Foster deep connections with our B2B clients, understanding their business needs and helping them achieve their objectives.
- Onboarding and Growth: Assist new customers in onboarding, ensuring clear measures of success and KPIs are in place.
- Performance Management: Ensure clear KPIs are in place, agreed with the customer and reviewed regularly. Proactively manage any negative change in trends to identify root cause and ensure a recovery plan is in place.
- Data-Driven Insights: Provide valuable insights to customers by reporting, analyzing data, and helping them understand its significance and impact on their objectives.
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years experience in a customer success or account management role.
- Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships.
- Previous customer service experience and/or Previous Account Management.
- Competent in working with CRM systems, like Hubspot.
