Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Accountant to spearhead our tax preparation and internal collaboration efforts.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Prepare accurate and timely federal, state, and local tax returns for clients.
  • Collaborate closely with accounting staff to ensure the accuracy of data and supporting documentation for tax filings.
  • Analyze trial balances, fixed asset schedules, and supporting reports for compliance and completeness.
  • Maintain open communication with clients via clear, professional emails and phone calls.
  • Supervise and manage outsourced staff, including task assignment and deliverable review.
  • Stay up-to-date with federal and state tax regulations through ongoing research and analysis.
Necessary Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
  • 3–4 years of bookkeeping experience with strong general ledger knowledge.
  • 2–4 years of tax return preparation experience.
  • Proficiency in UltraTax and Fixed Assets CS.
