As an Employer Brand Content Creator, you will be responsible for managing talent-facing social media channels and creating engaging content that highlights our company culture. You will develop blog posts, videos, and other multimedia assets to enhance our employer branding efforts. In this role, you will track engagement metrics and use data-driven insights to optimize our content strategy.

You will collaborate closely with Employer Brand, Talent Marketing, and Talent Acquisition teams to ensure a consistent and impactful presence across social platforms, building connections with both prospective and current employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Social Media Channel Management: Manage and oversee talent-facing social media channels, ensuring content aligns with the company's voice and values.
  • Content Creation: Create and schedule high-quality, engaging blog posts, videos, and multimedia content that showcases company culture.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Use analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness and provide regular reports on content performance.
  • Stakeholder Relationship Management: Demonstrate ability to manage stakeholder relationships across diverse geographies/location and business areas.
  • Content Optimization: Track engagement metrics and optimize strategies to improve audience interaction and reach.
  • Best Practices: Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to enhance content and engagement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Social/Digital Media or a related field.
  • At least five years of experience in social media management or content marketing, preferably with exposure to employer branding or talent marketing.
  • Experience working in multicultural environments; shared services experience is an advantage.
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to tailor content for diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Excellent communication skills in English; creative thinking, problem-solving skills, and a passion for fostering community engagement.
