You will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to clients through teletherapy sessions, developing personalized care plans, and collaborating with our Mental Health Team to ensure exceptional service delivery.

• Develop and implement comprehensive care plans for clients using evidence-based psychological interventions.
• Manage high-risk and emergency situations remotely, providing timely and effective support.
• Stay current with best practices in teleconsultation and apply new methods to enhance service quality.
• Collaborate with our Mental Health Team to coordinate client care and ensure seamless service delivery.
• Design and deliver educational programs focused on mental health in a corporate setting.

• A Master's degree in Psychology or a related field.
• Registration as a Psychologist with experience in clinical psychology and psychotherapy.
• Experience working with clients who have experienced job-related pressure, financial issues, and mood disorders.
• Ability to work effectively with children and adolescents.
• Flexibility to work from home with occasional meetings at the Makati office.
