About the JobThis is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires a unique blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and leadership skills. As a Plant Operations Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing operational strategies that drive business growth, improve productivity, and reduce costs.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and resolve operational issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
- Manage and mentor plant staff to foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Engineering, or equivalent courses.
- At least 5 years of manufacturing experience in multinational companies or the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and quality standards.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
