About the Role

The Power BI Business Intelligence Specialist is a key position within our organisation, responsible for developing automated reports and dashboards to enable teams to access critical business insights for data-driven decision-making.

This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to optimise reporting processes, ensuring seamless data integration, and enhancing data visualisation techniques. A key priority of this role is delivering on the Commercial Finance Team's functional plan to automate and optimise systems.

This role reports into the Head of Commercial Finance Australia & International and works closely with all Australian and New Zealand commercial finance team members and Information Systems team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with key business stakeholders and Commercial Finance Team members to understand reporting requirements and translate them into effective visual solutions.
  • Dashboard and Report Development: Design and maintain best-in-class dashboards that are high-impact, intuitive, and user-friendly.
  • Data Integration and Optimisation: Connect multiple data sources to reports and dashboards to ensure seamless integration.
  • Data Quality: Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with best practices.
