Job Summary:

Tulay sa Pag-Unlad, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Audit Manager to lead its audit team and drive the implementation of audit plans and programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute an audit strategic plan to identify and assess risks, design policies, and procedures, and implement them according to set standards.
  • Manage the audit group and other assignments in the area of responsibility, ensuring effective risk management and internal control systems.
  • Orient the audit team on the department's role, function, and area of responsibilities.
  • Organize, plan, schedule, and monitor progress of various ongoing audits being conducted by the group.
  • Provide action plans, alternative solutions, and corrective measures to manage risks.

Requirements:

  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification required.
  • At least 10 years of related work experience in audit or risk management.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both oral and written.
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications.
