Accounting Specialist Role

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Process invoices, payments, and reconcile vendor statements in a timely manner.
  • Effectively communicate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless interactions.

This full-time remote position requires 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM EST working hours. The ideal candidate will have experience as an Accounting Specialist, Bookkeeper, A/R or A/P Specialist, and be proficient in accounting platforms and Excel/Google Sheets.
