We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in SEO and Google Ads, with a proven track record of driving real business outcomes through strategic campaign planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough SEO audits and implement technical, content, and on-page optimisations to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.
  • Create high-performing landing pages for SEM campaigns that convert leads into customers.
  • Plan, launch, and continuously optimise Google Search and YouTube Ads campaigns to achieve maximum ROI.
  • Monitor keyword rankings, landing page performance, and lead quality to ensure data-driven decision making.
  • Build comprehensive reports using Google Analytics, GSC, and GA4 to measure campaign effectiveness and inform future strategies.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in SEO and Google Ads (agency or freelance).
  • Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Solid working knowledge of SEMrush, Google Ads, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Search Console.
  • Experience optimising landing pages and ad creative based on data to drive conversions.
  • Understanding of lead generation funnels and attribution models to inform campaign strategy.
