About the Opportunity

CITADEL Pacific Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Finance Director - Philippines to lead our financial operations in the country.

This role will focus on managing the financial health and accounting functions of our MHI group and relevant subsidiary, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with accounting principles, and effective management of the general ledger and key accounts.

We are looking for a professional with a strong background in financial analysis, budgeting, and auditing, as well as excellent communication and influencing skills to collaborate with stakeholders across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Reporting: Overseeing the preparation of financial reports and ensuring they comply with accounting principles
  • Budgeting: Producing the annual budget and providing monthly forecasts
  • Accounting: Managing the accounting, general ledger, and key accounts of MHI
  • Compliance: Ensuring compliance with local and national government requirements
  • Auditing: Working with external auditors and providing information for the annual audit

Requirements:

  • Experience in ERP systems
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Prior experience as a Controller or similar role
  • Handled multiple business units
  • Proficient in MS Office
