We seek a highly motivated and organized Writer-Editor to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for developing and enhancing written content, providing detailed feedback, and emphasizing clarity, style, and structure.

This role requires a strong grip on grammar, excellent verbal and written skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. You will collaborate closely with consultants to brainstorm essay directions, give feedback to students, and edit rough drafts to fix grammar, clarity, style, flow, structure, and word count.

• Writing and Editing: Brainstorm essay directions, provide feedback to students, and edit rough drafts.
• Research: Research different topics to strengthen student work.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with team members on drafting, brainstorming, augmenting, and reviewing assignments.
• Administration and Logistics: Manage administrative tasks associated with assignments, communicate logistical needs, organize send-outs, draft email updates, and schedule review meetings.
• Business Development: Contribute to the growth of the team and company during the off-season by working on projects that enhance the industry.

To succeed in this position, you will possess exceptional English skills, flexibility, and the ability to work without AI tools. Key qualifications include a 4-year degree in English, Literature, Journalism, Education, or related fields, experience working in education consulting, and a portfolio with written samples.
