Key Responsibilities
  • Develop critical features for our customers using Ruby and other technologies
  • Collaborate with designers, product managers, and UX specialists to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Write automated tests for production code and conduct thorough testing and code reviews
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of knowledge sharing and growth
Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on server-side and RESTful API development
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language, such as Ruby, Python, or TypeScript
  • Strong understanding of best practice software engineering processes, including testing and Agile methodology
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Passion for learning, sharing knowledge, and mentoring team members
