We are seeking an experienced and skilled HR Assistant to join our team at PD888 Distributors Incorporated. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department, assisting with recruitment and talent management, and performing various HR-related tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the implementation of recruitment activities to build a strong talent pipeline.
- Conduct analysis and evaluation of recruitment programs to identify success and opportunities for improvement.
- Perform pre-screening of candidates, including resume screening and initial interviews.
- Prepare documentation for candidates in the selection and placement process.
- Assist in submitting monthly update reports on recruitment and placement.
- Verify existence of vacant positions and filter resumes to identify qualified candidates.
- Job posting and job fairs.
- Interview scheduling and conducting preliminary interviews.
- Conduct background checks and gather employee requirements.
- Maintain employee records, including attendance, leave forms, and sick leave data.
- Monitor employee records and prepare statutory reports.
- Extract biometrics data and assist with payroll encoding.
- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
- Develop and implement policies on working conditions, performance management, and equal opportunities.
- Report to the HR Manager on disciplinary and grievance issues.
- Assist with training and development programs, including pre-orientation for new hires.
- Coordinate with operation managers and sales supervisors on new hire endorsements and training.
- Administer performance evaluations for regular and probationary employees.
- Request monthly load allowances and maintain daily updates of RASTA (COOP).
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company's overall business strategy.
- Perform routine clerical work, including filling, typing, and sorting of documents and reports.
- Conduct regular updates of employee files and prepare weekly template reports.
- Prepare memos as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software.
