Key Responsibilities
  • Channel Development
    • Prepare requests for system change, including documentation of business requirements and high-level flows.
    • Maintain the routine coordination with counterparties regarding bank channeling loan portfolio.
    • Review user stories and customer journeys to ensure final detailed requirements of features are correctly captured.
    • Participate in user research activities to ensure alignment of requirements with customer needs and desires.
  • Risk Management & Compliance
    • Participate in regular review, monitoring, and assessment of the business unit's process, risk, and controls.
    • Report potential and actual risk events effectively and on time.
    • Resolve findings/observations noted by control units in coordination with other stakeholders until closed.
Qualifications
  • Able to be trained to operate risk approval and channeling operation console under our in-house developed system.
  • Good with numbers and able to coordinate with finance and operations on reconciliation procedures.
  • Prepare planning and projections to report to management/BSP on a periodic basis.
  • Ability to communicate/negotiate, good sense with numbers and business flow.
  • Experience in Banking/Lending company loan/risk/channeling department or related experiences is required.
