About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Support Professional to join our team at Nasdaq, Inc. This is a permanent full-time role based in a hybrid work model setup.

In this position, you will conduct analysis of existing data flows used by NTS application and collaborate with colleagues to implement changes to data flows that address client issues.

You will prioritize and manage all reported stock exchange/trading activity data issues via an internal ticketing system and investigate and resolve reported data issues using Linux and other server/data management tools.

Additionally, you will coordinate with global teams to schedule releases and implement various bug fixes, and work on continual service improvement to reduce the number of reported issues and improve client experience.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct analysis of existing data flows used by NTS application.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and global cross-functional teams to implement changes to data flows that address client issues.
  • Prioritize and manage all reported stock exchange/trading activity data issues via an internal ticketing system.
  • Investigate and resolve reported data issues using Linux and other server/data management tools.
  • Coordinate with global teams to schedule releases and implement various bug fixes.
  • Work on continual service improvement to reduce the number of reported issues and improve client experience.
Requirements
  • Previously worked with Linux terminal. Work with data extraction is a plus.
  • Experience in troubleshooting data issues, data conversion, and manipulation.
  • Previous experience in a similar position, preferably from a trading/financial services industry.
  • Excellent English verbal and written skills.
