We are looking for a highly skilled Building Engineer to oversee the maintenance, repair, and optimization of all mechanical systems in our facilities. The successful candidate will also lead safety management initiatives and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the operation, maintenance, and repair of all mechanical systems, including HVAC, elevators, plumbing, and building automation systems.
  • Ensure all mechanical equipment operates efficiently and meets performance standards.

Preventive Maintenance:

  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to prolong system life and prevent downtime.
  • Regularly inspect mechanical systems to identify potential issues and address them promptly.

Technical Support:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical system malmutations.
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors for system upgrades or repairs.
  • Review and provide input on project plans and calculations.
  • Assist in managing maintenance activities and budgets.

Compliance & Documentation:

  • Ensure all mechanical systems comply with building codes, environmental standards, and regulations.
  • Maintain detailed records of inspections, maintenance activities, and system performance.
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional License in Mechanical Engineering and Electrical Engineering.
  • Must be knowledgeable in Building Maintenance (Commercial Establishments).
  • At least 1-2 years of working experience in Admin work on Residential or Commercial spaces.
  • Available to work on a shifting schedule.
  • Must be willing to work on holidays and weekends if needed.
