We are seeking a skilled Digital Media Designer to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in graphic design and experience working in an eLearning environment.

  • The ideal candidate will review requests for proposals to assist proposal teams in developing attractive, innovative concepts to support technical information in proposals.
  • They will proactively consult with key proposal team members, set clear expectations, and provide expert recommendations on effective and innovative graphics solutions.
  • Our Digital Media Designer will create easy-to-understand graphics that adhere to our corporate brand standards and appeal to different types of audiences.

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of professional design experience working in a design or advertising agency and/or corporate marketing and communications department.
  • Advanced knowledge of and experience using Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • A strong electronic portfolio with a variety of samples.
  • Knowledge or strong interest in video editing and motion graphics a plus.
  • Experience using Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize, solve problems creatively, and work under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Knowledge of design history, typography, and mechanical and digital production techniques.
  • Experience overseeing four-color printing through delivery.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of PC and Mac hardware/software programs.
  • Knowledge of a foreign language a plus.
  • Demonstrated leadership, versatility, and integrity.
