About the Role

  • As an HR & Admin Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the company's administrative and HR functions.

Job Description:

Responsibilities
  • Providing administrative support to the HR and operations teams, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and handling general inquiries.
  • Assisting with the recruitment and onboarding process, including coordinating interviews, reference checks, and new hire paperwork.
  • Maintaining employee records and databases, ensuring confidentiality and data accuracy.
  • Coordinating company events, meetings, and trainings.
  • Performing a variety of general office duties, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
  • Supporting the implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative or HR assistant role.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Flexible and adaptable, with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
