- Schedule quality appointments for financial advisor meetings
- Inform prospects about next steps in the process
- Follow prescribed processes for appointment setting
- Maintain consistent communication within a designated time zone
- Track and report on outreach activities and success metrics
- Proven experience in cold calling and appointment setting
- Strong phone communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work full-time (40 hours per week)
- Excellent time management and organization abilities
- Professional demeanor and articulate communication style
- Basic understanding of financial services industry (preferred)
- Ability to work independently while following established processes
- Proficiency with CRM and communication software
