About This Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Development Specialist to join our team at Seaoil Corporation.

This role will involve developing new business opportunities in the industrial area through effective selection of and communication with clients.

  • We are looking for someone who can conduct product presentations and technical field testing for various equipment of end users to upsell other products that the accounts may have overlooked but needed.
  • The ideal candidate will be able to prepare monthly performance reports for assigned area to determine the market potential and competitor selling behavior.
  • We require someone who can update the customer relationship management (CRM) tool to identify geographic potential markets.
  • A strong understanding of the Davao area and its industrial industries is essential.
Responsibilities:
  • Developing new business opportunities in the industrial area through effective selection of and communication with clients.
  • Conducting market intelligence reports and providing recommendations to identify how our competitors release their prices according to account types and needs.
  • Leading inter-departmental meetings to resolve customer issues and concerns, and designing interim and long-term solutions with the team.
  • Acting as a consultant to customers to improve their process and bottom line to achieve win-win solutions.
Requirements:
  • At least 2-3 years of relevant experience.
  • Preferably with a background in petroleum, industrial, or chemical industries.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and can drive manual transmission vehicles.
  • Must have strong familiarity with the Davao area.
  • Experience in selling lubricants as well as a background in sales pipeline management (database of leads) is an advantage.
