Job Title: Interior Millwork Drafter

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create detailed millwork and furniture shop drawings based on architectural and interior design specifications.
  • Generate accurate takeoffs and material lists to aid in project estimation.
  • Develop high-quality 3D renderings to visualize design concepts.
  • Collaborate with designers, architects, and project managers to ensure compliance with project requirements.
  • Ensure drawings are fabrication-ready with correct dimensions, joinery details, and material specifications.
  • Revise and update drawings based on feedback and design changes.
  • Work efficiently within deadlines while maintaining high accuracy.

Some of the key skills required for this position include proficiency in Revit, CAD, and Mozaik software, as well as a strong understanding of joinery, materials, and furniture construction methods. Experience in rendering software for design visualization is also necessary. Additionally, the ability to interpret architectural drawings and translate them into detailed millwork shop drawings is crucial. Strong attention to detail and the ability to produce highly accurate technical drawings are essential for success in this role.
