Job Role: Custom Cabinet Designer

This role involves designing, producing high-quality cabinetry for kitchens, bathrooms, and other custom joinery projects.

You will work closely with our design, production, and installation teams to ensure every project is delivered accurately, efficiently, and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create detailed cabinetry drawings using specialized software.
  • Interpret client briefs and design specifications.
  • Make recommendations on design improvements and functionality.
  • Provide accurate shop drawings and assembly instructions to the production team.
  • Troubleshoot and adjust designs to ensure smooth production flow.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a cabinet designer in a custom joinery environment.
  • Proficiency in computer-aided design software is essential.
  • Strong understanding of cabinetry construction, hardware, and installation practices.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical plans.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
Additional Requirements:
  • Familiarity with Mozaik software is highly desirable.
  • Able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Possess excellent organizational and time management skills.
