We are seeking a skilled HR professional to join our team as an HR Officer. This role will involve working closely with senior management to analyze and recommend processes related to Retention, Compliance, Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, Training & Development, Performance Management, Employee & Labor Relations, and other HR programs and policies within Transnational Diversified Group's Corporate Center and TDG Plus Companies.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conducting thorough analysis of data to identify trends and areas of improvement
  • Implementing process improvements to enhance employee experience and retention
  • Collaborating with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies

Requirements:

  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Superb communication and presentation skills
  • At least 6 months of experience in compensation and benefits administration or at least 1 year as an HR Generalist
