Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining and enhancing financial models, reports and dashboards to support business decision-making.

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced FP&A Specialist to help drive our financial reporting platform forward. The selected candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with our data team to integrate operational and financial data, improve forecasting accuracy, risk-adjust project ROI and enhance unit economics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain accurate and timely financial models, reports and dashboards to support business decision-making.
  • Analyze and interpret financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Provide expert-level financial analysis and recommendations to stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in financial reporting and business analysis.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think strategically.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
