Job Title: Customer Service Representative

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated customer service representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences through effective communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.

You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone, addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and guiding customers through solutions. To achieve this, you must maintain a thorough understanding of products, services, and policies to effectively assist customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and guiding customers through solutions
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of products, services, and policies to effectively assist customers
  • Accurately document customer interactions and transactions across all tools/platforms
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and escalate complex problems as necessary
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work within the defined hours of operation with flexibility needed on weekends and holidays
  • Computer/technology savvy with the ability to smoothly operate multiple windows and tabs
