We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Operations Manager to join our team at PGA Tech Group of Companies.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and be able to oversee the daily operations of workers and laborers on site.

The Site Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all work is executed in accordance with client specifications and approved construction plans.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to prepare and submit reports to clients and project managers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise direct crew onsite
  • Ensure work execution adheres to client specification requirements
  • Prepare reports and documents daily
  • Submit daily or weekly reports to the client
  • Report directly to the project manager for any project problems or concerns
  • Coordinate directly with the client's representative
  • Oversee daily operations of workers and laborers
  • Periodic reporting on progress accomplishment
  • Receive materials and check if all delivered materials are complete
  • Responsible for budgeting of operation money
  • Prepare and submit liquidations of all on-site purchases
  • Monitor and assist on fuel and lubricant purchases
  • Monitor the fuel and lubricant consumption of all equipment
  • Conducts survey works with the Client
  • Attends coordination meetings together with the project manager
  • Resolves project problems
  • Communicates with the clients to explain issues and problems
  • Carries out QA/QC procedures according to plan
