Job Overview

We are looking for an expert in software testing to work on diverse projects and contribute to the development of high-quality mobile and web applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop comprehensive manual test cases and test plans to ensure the quality of our software products.
  • Review and understand software requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to identify potential issues.
  • Document and track software defects using a defect tracking system to ensure timely resolution.
  • Perform thorough regression testing to ensure existing functionality is not compromised by new changes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and provide input on test ability and quality.
  • Participate in design and requirement reviews to provide feedback from a QA perspective.
  • Communicate test results, status reports, and defect metrics to the QA Manager and development team.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior QA testers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements

Must Haves:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in manual software testing.
  • Strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in creating detailed test cases, test plans, and test scripts.
  • Experience with defect tracking tools such as JIRA or similar.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
