Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Influencer Marketing Strategist to drive our e-commerce growth through impactful influencer partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive influencer marketing strategies that align with overall business objectives, brand vision, and measurable KPIs.
  • Identify and engage influencers who resonate with our target audience and campaign goals.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong, professional relationships with influencers, agencies, and brand partners.
  • Manage campaign timelines, content creation, and deliverables in collaboration with influencers and the marketing team.
  • Provide creative direction and review influencer content to ensure it aligns with brand identity and campaign messaging.
  • Analyze performance data using analytics tools, generate reports, and optimize future marketing initiatives.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 1 year of proven experience in influencer marketing, with a solid background in broader marketing campaigns.
  • Exceptional relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • In-depth understanding of social media platforms, influencer trends, digital marketing strategies, and audience engagement tactics.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
