Job Description:
The Sentiment Supervisor will be responsible for scrubbing and deep dive analysis for CSAT/DSAT, managing CSAT/NPS, and providing training to employees.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- College Degree
- At least 2-3 years of work experience as Quality Supervisor
- Experience in scrubbing and deep dive analysis for CSAT/DSAT
- CSAT/NPS Management experience
- Knowledge/Exposure as a Trainer
- Blended account experience
- Sales Account experience
