Job Summary:

In this role, you will develop and implement system and program strategic planning, establish policies, procedures, and business practices for the department, and provide expert guidance to other departments, the general public, and/or outside agencies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Emergency Medical Services System, including emergency and non-emergency response and operations.

  • Supervise the procurement of all emergency medical care equipment and supplies.
  • Monitor, supervise, train, assist, and evaluate the performance of First Responders, EMTs, and drivers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
  • Licensed Physician with at least 10 years of work experience in a related field.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, including communication, coaching, and training.
  • Experience in pre-hospital management.
